This role is responsible for accurately assessing vehicle damage, preparing repair estimates, and managing the repair process from intake through completion while working closely with technicians, insurance partners, and internal teams.The ideal candidate is organized, knowledgeable in collision repair processes, and able to communicate clearly while balancing accuracy, efficiency, and quality standards.ResponsibilitiesGreet customers in a professional and courteous manner and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the repair processEducate customer on the collision repair process including insurance claims, payment procedures, repair techniques, required repairs, and estimated repair timelines.Prepare accurate and detailed damage reports and repair estimatesManage and route repairs by coordinating paperwork, scheduling, monitoring repair progress, negotiating repair times, and coordinating sublet work as neededOversee all aspects of the repair process to ensure timely completion and high-quality resultsUse tact and professionalism when working with internal teams, insurance representatives, and customersMaintain and service insurance accounts in accordance with company standards and requirementsAbout UsThe Darrow Difference is the foundation of our success – and we want you to be a part of it!Are you outgoing, enjoy meeting new people, and have a passion for the latest technology?
