Provide the reception and clerical assistance for the efficient operation of the front office.

Ability to maintain confidentiality

High school diploma or GED

Proficient keyboarding skills

Effective organization, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to follow written instructions, legal and local

Ability to operate a phone system

One year of experience in an office setting

Understanding of school policies and operations

Follow and adhere to legal and local policies

Receive and direct incoming calls, take reliable messages

Manage campus email, ride changes, and route to appropriate staff

Answer doorbell, greet and direct visitors to appropriate location

Manage student and teacher resources

Assist with enrollment and withdrawal processes

Maintain visitor log, issue visitor passes, and check out visitors utilizing Raptor System

Sign in tardy students utilizing Raptor System

Manage incoming payments through InTouch

Maintain digital student folders and fulfill student records requests

Make service calls, refill toner, refill paper, print, laminate, etc.

Prepare mailings and labels, assist with mail outs, sort & distribute mail, messages, and other documents

Assist with the receipt and distribution of ordered materials

Monitor completion of volunteer background checks

Create and maintain emergency information

Maintain emotional control under stress, work with frequent interruptions. Repetitive hand motions and prolonged use of computer. Position requires frequent bending, stooping, twisting, pulling, overhead reaching, sitting, and keyboarding. Position requires the ability to lift 25 pounds to waist high.
