Talent Sourcing Specialist

POSITION OVERVIEW

Are you highly organized, proactive, and passionate about sourcing top talent? Rapid Fire Home Buyers has an immediate opening for a Talent Sourcing Specialist who will play a key role in ensuring our team continues to thrive with exceptional, high-quality candidates.

As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you'll manage the end-to-end candidate sourcing process. You'll work closely with our Director of Recruiting and Hiring to identify and engage with candidates, ensuring we build a robust pipeline for every position. You'll use tools like Loxo, job boards, and social media platforms to find the best talent and make sure we're attracting the right candidates to join our growing team.

PRIMARY DUTIES

Sourcing & Pipeline Management

• Source candidates for open positions using Loxo ATS, LinkedIn, Social Media, cold calling, and in-person recruiting events.
• Proactively build and curate a pipeline of bench candidates for all positions.
• Maintain accurate records by updating the Master KPI sheet and Loxo with prospecting and interview data.
• Identify top tier talent and track them down through multiple channels and any means necessary

Market Research & Job Postings

• Conduct market research on salaries and similar positions in the local area.
• Manage and refresh job postings on platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn.

Employer Branding & Outreach

• Create engaging content for social media hiring posts. Post consistently with a crafted scheduled content pipeline.
• Request Glassdoor and Indeed reviews from team members to enhance employer branding.
• Creatively develop outreach templates, strategies and ideas. 
• Share job openings across social media platforms.

Hours and Compensation

• Full-Time Role
• In-Office
• On-target earnings: $110,000-$120,000
• Mix of Salary plus commission
• Base Salary: $55,000
