Gain exposure to asset protection, investigation, and compliance processes. Typical Day Monitoring the Access Control System and CCTV System to ensure facility security. Supporting daily asset protection operations, including surveillance monitoring, access control reviews, patrols, and incident response. Leading investigations by supporting case development, evidence collection, camera review, and OSINT activities. Assisting with facility audits, inspections, and compliance reviews, documenting findings and tracking corrective actions. Maintaining accurate incident reports, case documentation, and audit records in alignment with asset protection standards. Responding to critical incidents involving retail stores and assisting with additional assignments or projects as designated by your supervisor. Ensuring security technology effectiveness and escalating system issues as needed. This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required). Bring 2+ years of retail Asset Protection/Retail Loss Prevention experience (required). Possess strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrate excellent time management and prioritization abilities. Excel at detecting and evaluating unusual behavior and circumstances. Deliver outstanding customer service and can interact professionally with all levels of management and civil authorities. Are proficient with basic computer tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
