Overview This role is an Assistant Store Manager responsible for daily retail operations, customer service, and team leadership, ensuring a positive culture and excellent consumer experience. What You'll Do Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our C.H.A.R.M service model. Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns, while consistently demonstrating the core values of Crocs, Inc. Assist with daily retail operations, including consumer service, POS system management, stock room management and replenishment, pricing and markdowns, loyalty program promotion, and maintaining store cleanliness and recovery standards. Oversee store-wide operations, in partnership with Store Manager, by coordinating, delegating, and prioritizing tasks across all teams to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of daily responsibilities. Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about current product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives, and sharing this knowledge with consumers to elevate their experience and connection with Crocs. Adhere to all Crocs policies, including Asset Protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives. Model best practices and partner with Store Management to drive sales performance, leveraging proven techniques to improve individual KPIs and inspire team success. What You'll Bring to the Table Must be 18 years or older. 2-3 years of retail experience with a preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles. Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality essential for this position. Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment. Proven track record inspiring and empowering teams while driving performance and achieving results. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record may be required if driving is an essential job function. Ability to read and comprehend instructions, reports, and information on computer/register screens as well as input information into computer.
