About this role:As a Lead Business Execution Consultant within Wells Fargo Business, you will work directly with Regional Business Banking Directors and Business Banking Relationship Management Managers to drive sales performance that leads to business banking growth. Promotes/supports execution of business growth programs, improves client acquisition techniques, and identifies opportunities to improve sales effectiveness. Examples include but are not limited to effective outreach activities, needs assessment tools such as Proactive Advocate, pipeline/forecast review, CRV (Customer Relationship View), CEE (Customer Engagement Engine)Execute Business Banking priorities with leadership including alignment of growth strategies, business unit and P&L (Profit & Loss) reviews, forecasting process with key product leadersAct as the key consultant to the Business Banking Directors and Business Banking Relationship Management Managers to identify trends, recognize performance gaps and creating strategic solutions to care for the identified gapsAssess and leverage all reporting data and analytics in combination with observation to inform coaching and recommendations at Director, RMM, and banker levels for improved performance through the management cycleInfluencing Directors & RMMs on ability to diagnose opportunities and implement actionable steps to improve customer experience and drive growthFacilitate best practice group sessions as needed to further skill, knowledge and acumen of the Business Banking teamServe as an early adopter and expert in learnings.
