Position: Direct Marketing Associate
As a Direct Marketing Associate, you’ll play a key role in generating leads through door-to-door engagement in assigned neighborhoods. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working independently, staying active, and interacting with people.
What You'll Do
- Generate qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing in targeted areas
- Represent Renewal by Andersen with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Track and record customer data using company apps and mapping tools
- Work independently in assigned territories
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance in compliance with company standards
- Stay informed on products, promotions, and the Renewal by Andersen brand
- Collaborate with leadership to improve canvassing strategies
- Attend team meetings as needed

- High school diploma or equivalent OR 2+ years of experience
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Must be 18+
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
