Schedule: 1st Shift | Wednesday-Saturday | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of forklift operating experience
• Forklift or heavy equipment certification required
• Ability to safely operate stand-up reach forklifts and other warehouse equipment
• Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations
• Basic math and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to read and follow safety rules, operating procedures, and work instructions
• Ability to lift 10-50 lbs. regularly and over 100 lbs. with assistance
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift throughout the shift
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality

Job Duties

• Operate stand-up reach forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move, stack, relocate, and organize inventory
• Receive, process, pick, pack, and ship products using the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently
• Verify shipments for accuracy and inspect products for damage
• Sort and store materials on racks, shelves, and designated warehouse locations
• Perform inventory movements and maintain accurate stock levels
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures, warehouse policies, and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned
