As a Sales Coordinator, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients including designers, architects, builders, installers, and homeowners. You will welcome clients with professionalism and hospitality while ensuring a high-quality showroom experience. You will be responsible for qualifying customer needs, scheduling appointments, utilizing CRM systems, coordinating showroom visits, answering phones and emails, maintaining accurate customer records, supporting the sales team, assisting with samples and showroom upkeep, collaborating across departments, and performing opening and closing procedures. This role supports a luxury showroom environment focused on customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first impression of the organization by greeting clients and qualifying their needs before connecting them with the appropriate sales representative.

• Utilize CRM systems to identify existing customers, trade partners, and appointment needs.

• Answer phones, handle inquiries, place callers on hold professionally, and maintain a polished client experience.

• Demonstrate professionalism, active listening, strong questioning skills, and the ability to interact with designers, homeowners, contractors, and internal teams.

• Perform opening and closing procedures for the showroom.

• Support the sales team by assisting with samples and showroom upkeep.

• Collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless client experience.

Work Environment

This is a full-time onsite position in a fast-paced, guest-focused luxury showroom environment located in San Carlos, CA. The front desk serves as the first and last impression for customers, with frequent interaction with designers, homeowners, builders, architects, and internal sales representatives. You will use CRM systems and Microsoft Teams to coordinate customer handoffs.

This is a Contract position based out of San Carlos, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $38.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
