PLM Administrator

Job Summary The PLM Administrator will support and maintain enterprise applications, including PLM and QMS systems, by managing tickets, performing backend system updates, and resolving user-facing issues within complex workflows. This role is responsible for ensuring system reliability, maintaining compliance, and supporting business users through direct interaction and application troubleshooting. Essential Functions Manage and resolve assigned tickets end-to-end Perform backend administration tasks including data updates and access adjustments Troubleshoot complex application workflows and business process disruptions Analyze system behavior, logs, and queues to identify root causes Restart systems, resolve stuck processes, and address recurring system issues Communicate with users to gather requirements, provide updates, and confirm resolution Ensure all actions comply with regulatory and operational procedures Evaluate requests to determine alignment with system rules and compliance standards Qualifications Strong experience supporting enterprise applications (PLM, QMS, ERP) Ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-step workflows Experience in regulated environments (medical device, pharma, aerospace, manufacturing) Strong critical thinking and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Preferred Systems Windchill, MasterControl (most preferred; open to other manufacturing type PLM systems, not retail) Oracle Agile, Teamcenter, Veeva ERP systems with complex workflows and integrations Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location Contract position based out of Victor, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
