Oversee daily cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, restrooms and shower facilities following our standards and checklists
Manage the daily laundry program (mats, linens) and supply inventory
Inspect work every day and correct issues before the client sees them

Train new team members and enforce safety, chemical handling and color-coded cleaning procedures
Complete daily reports, photos and checklists using our mobile app
Report incidents, maintenance needs and staff issues to the Account Manager the same day

2+ years of experience supervising cleaning or housekeeping teams (hotel, hospital, university housing, senior living or school preferred)
Fluent in English AND Portuguese (required)
Spanish or Haitian Creole is a plus
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must pass a Level 2 background screening
