- Maintain a positive and productive learning environment by enforcing campus safety rules and behavioral expectations; respond appropriately to occasional exposure to blood, bodily fluids, or situations requiring additional student support.
- Inventory, organize, and maintain Enrichment Center equipment and materials to ensure a safe and well-stocked learning environment.
- Support arrival, dismissal, lunch, and/or recess duties as needed to ensure smooth school operations and student safety.
- Passion for working with children and the ability to motivate, support, and inspire them to reach high levels of success.

- Experience or training working with youth in an educational, recreational, or coaching capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with a wide range of staff members and students.
