Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ needs, concerns, and goals. Develop personalized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices and cater to individual circumstances. Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities that are tailored to each client’s objectives and preferences. Provide crisis intervention services to support clients in acute mental health crises, ensuring they receive the necessary assistance and resources in a timely manner. Keep meticulous client records, including treatments provided, progress notes, and assessments, while adhering to the highest ethical and legal standards of confidentiality and documentation. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to enhance the care received by clients and ensure seamless service delivery. Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment approaches, and available community resources to empower them in their therapeutic journey. Engage in ongoing professional development through training, workshops, and certification programs to remain updated on current best practices in mental health therapy. Patient Population / Client Focus Our client base reflects a diverse community with varied needs, including individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and other life stressors. You will engage with clients of all ages, including children, adolescents, and adults, providing tailored support that acknowledges their unique backgrounds, cultures, and emotional experiences. Qualifications State licensing as a Mental Health Therapist (i.e., LMFT, LPC, LCSW is required). A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is essential. Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities are crucial for effective treatments. A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health setting is required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to establish rapport with clients and collaborate with team members effectively. Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a dynamic team. A commitment to upholding ethical and professional standards within the practice. Preferred Experience Experience engaging with culturally diverse populations and utilizing culturally competent approaches in therapy. Previous experience in an outpatient setting is preferred. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital therapeutic tools is advantageous. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
