Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand client needs and develop individualized treatment plans utilizing solution-focused interventions. Implement therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adjusting techniques as necessary to suit a virtual environment and clients' unique situations. Maintain accurate electronic clinical records, upholding standards set by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, through virtual meetings to discuss cases and enhance patient care. Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings via video conferencing, promoting continuous learning and sharing of best practices. Educate clients and families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources, utilizing digital communication tools to enhance understanding and access. Patient Population / Client Focus You will work with a diverse array of patients, providing support tailored to various backgrounds and presenting concerns. Your role is vital in helping clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and familial issues, ensuring they feel understood and valued throughout their mental health journey. Qualifications A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program. A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, showcasing your ability to provide high-quality psychotherapy. Proven expertise in delivering solution-focused interventions for mental health treatment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at creating rapport and trust with clients in a virtual format. Preferred Experience Experience using telehealth platforms to deliver therapy sessions. Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this role is between $80,000 and $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
