Professional Development Manager

Our client, a globally recognized Am Law firm, is seeking its next Professional Development Manager in Dallas, Texas . Working closely with the Director of Professional Development, you’ll help shape the professional growth of attorneys in the Dallas and Houston offices. Approximately 75% of your time will focus on designing and facilitating attorney development programs, including associate training, leadership initiatives, new lawyer orientation, and summer associate programming. The remaining 25% will be spent partnering with firm leadership, coaching associates, identifying development needs, and supporting attorney career progression. What we’re looking for: J.D. with prior law practice experience (BigLaw preferred, but not required) Strong relationship‑building and communication skills. Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and implement programs. A collaborative approach and sound judgment. Experience mentoring, training, teaching, or coaching is a plus.
