What You'll Do

• Provide emergency medical care to approximately 90-100 patients per day in a busy ER setting
• Collaborate with a team comprising one physician and two mid-level providers
• Manage stable and unstable patients across a busy open ICU
• Document patient care accurately using Meditech 6.1 EMR
• Adhere to state and facility protocols for patient safety and quality assurance
• Contribute to a team that handles an annual patient volume of around 32,000

What You Need

• Current physician license in North Carolina
• Must be NC Medicaid credentialed and enrolled in PECOS
• At least 2 years of emergency medicine experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills in trauma and critical care
• Ability to work independently during solo emergency room shifts
