Work Environment\n

In this remote role, mental health counselors will enjoy the flexibility of working from their designated spaces while remaining closely integrated with our outpatient office system. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to meet the needs of our patients. The role entails working within a framework that prioritizes effective communication, both with patients and multidisciplinary team members, ensuring seamless care delivery.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to gauge patients’ emotional, psychological, and social needs, leading to the development of individualized treatment plans.

• Employ various therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to engage individuals, couples, and families in the therapeutic process.

• Design and facilitate psychoeducational and support groups aimed at empowering patients to understand and manage their mental health challenges effectively.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow team members to deliver a holistic approach to patient care that addresses all dimensions of mental health.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and supportive services during mental health emergencies, demonstrating expert judgment and competence.

• Educate patients about their conditions, evidence-based treatment options, and available community resources, enhancing their ability to lead healthier lives.

• Ensure thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, maintaining confidentiality and patient trust.

Qualifications\n
