Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour DOE (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Part-Time, 3 to 4 Days Per Week, 8 hour shifts

The Best Value Inn Motel is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming experience and ensuring every guest receives exceptional service from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide outstanding customer service.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.
• Answer phone calls and assist guests with reservations, questions, and requests.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
• Perform basic night audit and front desk accounting duties when needed.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, policies, and local attractions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent, Hotel Receptionist, Guest Services Representative, or Customer Service Representative preferred.
• Strong customer service and guest relations skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel management software.
• Experience with hospitality, hotel, motel, or lodging operations is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required .
• Dependable attendance and a positive attitude.
