Top Expert Homes is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Real Estate Administrator to provide administrative and operational support across all aspects of our real estate investment business, including property acquisitions, construction coordination, renovations, and daily office operations.

The ideal candidate is a dependable, resourceful individual who can manage multiple priorities, maintain organized records, coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, and ensure administrative processes and ongoing projects run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Real Estate Administration: Assist with property documentation, contracts, transaction files, property research, scheduling, and general administrative tasks related to acquisitions and real estate operations.
• Construction Coordination: Communicate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to coordinate project schedules, inspections, material orders, estimates, and renovation timelines.
• Project Management Support: Track project progress, deadlines, invoices, budgets, and outstanding tasks while providing regular updates to management.
• Office Administration: Manage emails, phone calls, calendars, appointments, filing systems, spreadsheets, and daily office operations.
• Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Obtain quotes, schedule services, follow up on work orders, and maintain communication with external business partners.
• Document & Database Management: Maintain accurate records, update CRM systems, organize project documentation, and prepare administrative reports.
• Executive & Operational Support: Assist company leadership with scheduling, task management, internal coordination, and various business initiatives.
• Additional Duties: Provide administrative assistance across departments and support other business operations as needed.
