Recruiting Coordinator

Responsibilities Coordinate phone, video, and onsite interviews with speed and accuracy Manage complex, high-volume scheduling across multiple teams Arrange candidate travel logistics and process expense reimbursements Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process Ensure a high-quality, professional candidate experience at every touchpoint Support onsite interview logistics and candidate hosting Provide administrative support to recruiting and corporate teams Collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve recruiting processes Requirements 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, scheduling, or HR support Proven ability to manage high-volume interview scheduling Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Experience with G-Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets) Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse preferred Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment preferred Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in coordinating high-volume interview scheduling and managing candidate logistics while ensuring a professional candidate experience.
