Requirements Experience maintaining manufacturing equipment and industrial machinery Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Strong mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, vacuum, and power transmission troubleshooting skills Experience with programmable logic controls (PLCs) Welding and fabrication experience Ability to operate machine tools, including lathes and grinders Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) preferred Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards Ability to work independently and respond quickly to production needs Job Duties Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to complete repairs and installations Install, align, move, dismantle, and maintain production machinery Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, vacuum, power transmission, and PLC-controlled systems Inspect machinery to identify equipment malfunctions and implement repairs Fabricate replacement parts using machine tools such as lathes and grinders Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and equipment adjustments Develop and maintain a Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) program, including ISO documentation and preventive maintenance schedules Utilize predictive maintenance techniques and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to improve equipment reliability Create and manage spare parts inventories for production equipment Identify and implement projects to improve machine performance and production efficiency Provide basic equipment operation and maintenance training to production employees Respond promptly to equipment issues to minimize downtime Follow all company safety policies and maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards Benefits: Fair weekly pay that never skips a beat.
