Clinical Social Worker - Fee For Service

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions in Baltimore, MD. Qualifications Fully and independently licensed as a LCSW‑C in Maryland. Licensed and living in the state in which practicing. What We Need Willing to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week. A true partnership mindset. Behavioral Health Generalists open to seeing couples and/or children. Interest in growing into leadership roles/supervisors. Self‑guided determination to complete notes within 24 hours. Strong character: integrity, honesty, adaptability, and quality of care. Enjoy working as part of a team and developing professionally.
