Sales Representative – 543 Expressway Park Dr, Nashville, Tennessee 37210. Responsibilities Engage with homeowners face‑to‑face, understand their lawn care needs, and deliver custom solutions that build trust and satisfaction. Conduct door‑to‑door outreach with new and existing customers, using professionalism, energy, and a positive attitude. Customize sales messaging to match each household’s unique lawn care needs. Convert “just looking” into “just signed” using the proven Sales Playbook and methodology. Log interactions and track performance in the CRM to measure activity and ensure follow‑through. Cross‑sell and upsell with precision, showing customers how to upgrade their lawns. Qualifications High school diploma or GED (advanced people‑skills experience is a plus). Previous sales or customer‑service experience preferred; passion and hustle valued. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong communication skills—comfortable with small talk and closing conversations. Solid time‑management skills and a self‑starter mindset. Comfortable with technology and mobile devices; no coding required. Physically able to walk, stand, and lift up to 25 pounds outdoors. Must be physically located in the United States while performing the job. Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English.
