Source, interview, and evaluate candidates to match client requirements effectively. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding. Collaborate with clients and candidates to ensure a smooth and positive hiring experience. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records using our recruitment software. Provide regular updates and reports to clients regarding candidate status and market trends. Attend networking events and industry conferences to build a robust professional network. Requirements Proven experience in staffing, recruiting, or account management roles within the industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Strong ability to assess candidate qualifications and fit for various job positions. Well-organized with the capability to manage multiple client and candidate accounts simultaneously. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
