Custodial Positions – Join Our Team at THPRD!The Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District (THPRD) is hiring for part-time Custodian openings and we invite you to join our team!Responsibilities Include:Daily cleaning and sanitization of restrooms, equipment and program supplies to maintain the health and safety of all participants and staff.Basic custodial techniques including: dusting, mopping, vacuuming, pressure washing, window washing, carpet cleaning, etc.Maintaining a helpful, professional and friendly attitude toward facility users and staff.Scheduling:Flexible hours based on facility needs.Employees in these roles may work fewer than 1,560 hours per year.Qualifications:Custodian I: No education or experience required. Must be at least 16 years old. The hiring range for this position is $19.78 to $20.39, based on experience and internal equity. The full hourly range for this job classification is $19.78 to $22.30. Staff may be eligible for a merit increase at the end of September.Custodian II: Related experience is required. Must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. The hiring rate for this position is $21.81, based on experience and internal equity. The full hourly range for this job classification is $21.81 to $24.59.
