Ecommerce Manager

We’re scaling fast and need a strategic eCommerce leader to take our Amazon, Walmart, and eBay operations to the next level. You’ll lead a talented team, own marketplace performance, and drive results with precision. Duties Lead & Manage: Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing e-commerce team. Responsible for hiring, training, and performance management. Strategize & Execute: Develop and implement marketplace strategies to drive sales, optimize listings, and increase visibility. Schedule & Split: Create and manage team schedules, delegate tasks efficiently, and ensure smooth daily operations. Marketplace Mastery: Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory across all platforms. Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and customer satisfaction. Experience 5+ years managing Amazon/Walmart/eBay storefronts Team leadership experience Expertise in listing optimization, PPC, and inventory strategy A passion for growth and operational excellence Competitive salary + performance bonuses This is a full on-site position in San Antonio, TX.
