Customer Success Manager

The Opportunity We’re hiring a Client Success Manager to own and grow a portfolio of client relationships from onboarding forward. This role is ideal for a seasoned CSM who thrives as a strategic partner , not a task chaser. You’ll have the trust, tools, and support to manage your accounts like a business while working alongside a team that genuinely has your back. Hybrid Schedule Work from home: Monday & Friday In-office (Tampa): Tuesday–Thursday What You’ll Own Client Leadership & Relationship Management Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for assigned clients Lead onboarding, alignment, and long-term relationship strategy Build trust with business owners and key decision-makers Communicate proactively, clearly, and confidently Set expectations and guide clients through performance conversations Retention, Growth & Account Health Own client retention and long-term success Anticipate challenges before they become problems Lead high-level performance reviews and strategy calls Identify expansion opportunities aligned with client goals Advocate for clients internally while maintaining operational efficiency Strategy & Cross-Team Collaboration Partner closely with SEO, PPC, website, and content teams Translate client goals into actionable marketing strategies Ensure deliverables align with agreed timelines and expectations Provide clear direction, feedback, and prioritization to internal teams Culture & Leadership Impact Model strong communication and professionalism Contribute to improving processes and client experience Help elevate standards across the Customer Success team Be a positive, solutions-focused presence internally and externally What We’re Looking For Required Experience 2+ years in Customer Success or Account Management Proven ability to manage long-term client relationships Strong understanding of digital marketing performance and metrics Confident in leading calls with business owners and executives Excellent written and verbal communication Preferred (But Not Required) Experience in home services marketing Prior experience in a digital marketing agency Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, websites, and local marketing Experience managing a mid-to-large book of business Comfort navigating difficult conversations with professionalism What Sets Grow Nearby Apart Healthy work culture — we respect each other’s time and expertise Leadership that listens and supports client-facing teams Clear expectations and ownership (no micromanagement) Hybrid flexibility with real in-office collaboration Long-term mindset — both for clients and employees A team that values accountability, trust, and growth Opportunity to grow with a scaling agency What Success Looks Like Clients feel confident, informed, and supported Strong retention and long-term partnerships Clear, proactive communication—no surprises Internal teams feel aligned and supported You feel proud of the work you’re doing #J-18808-Ljbffr
