Sr Controls Engineer

Job Overview Reporting to the Manager of Controls & Security Tech Solutions, the Senior Controls Engineer will lead the design, selection, installation, and commissioning of control systems and automated equipment for medium to high complexity capital projects. Responsibilities Lead the design, selection, installation, and commissioning of control systems and automated equipment. Develop and assess control systems for manufacturing environments. Manage small capital projects, including scope, cost, and schedule. Ensure compliance with industrial control network and cybersecurity standards. Support startup, optimization, and troubleshooting. Partner cross‑functionally across engineering, operations, and vendors. Train manufacturing and maintenance teams. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. 3+ years of relevant experience. Additional Qualifications PLC/PAC programming (Rockwell, Siemens). HMI/SCADA experience (FactoryTalk, Ignition). Knowledge of instrumentation and control systems. Strong problem‑solving and communication skills. Ability to travel (~30%+).
