Recruiter Senior

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Senior Recruiter (Talent Sourcer) positions in Atlanta, GA. Shift: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite)
Weekly paycheck
Pay: $46.11 - $59.93/ hr

Responsibilities:
Proactively source and identify qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS databases, referrals, and networking
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies for professional, technical, and executive-level roles
Conduct candidate outreach, engagement, and preliminary screenings to assess qualifications and fit
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to build pipelines, present candidate shortlists, and provide market insights

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition
Proven experience sourcing candidates for technology and/or sales roles
Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, contract-based environment

Pay Details: $46.11 to $58.00 per hour
