Conflicts Analyst / Business Intake SpecialistJoin a respected Southern California law firm as it protects its integrity and reputation from the ground up. This role sits at the intersection of risk management and client service, giving you direct influence over every new client relationship and matter the firm takes on. If you enjoy detail-oriented investigative work, cross-team collaboration, and being trusted with sensitive, high-stakes information, this fully remote opportunity offers meaningful work with real visibility to firm leadership.ResponsibilitiesManage the new client and matter intake process from initial request through matter opening, reviewing submissions for completeness and accuracy.Conduct conflict searches on candidates, new clients, new matters, and changes to existing matters using the firm's conflicts software.Evaluate search results to identify potential legal, ethical, and business conflicts, and prepare conflict reports for attorney and leadership review.Coordinate with General Counsel to resolve identified conflicts through ethical screens or other appropriate measures.Partner with the billing team and Human Resources on client setup, fee arrangements, and new hire conflicts checks.QualificationsRequired2+ years of experience conducting conflicts checks and new business intake at a law firm.Experience using the 3E software system.PreferredExperience coordinating directly with General Counsel or Human Resources on conflicts resolution.Why Join UsFully remote flexibility with a Southern California-based team.Competitive, transparent pay reflecting your specialized experience.Trusted, high-visibility role working directly with firm leadership and General Counsel.Comprehensive benefits to support you and your family.BenefitsMedical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsurancePaid Time Off401(k)
