Healthcare Technology Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Technology Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology initiatives within the U.S. healthcare domain . The ideal candidate will have strong project management and technical experience, with expertise in healthcare data, claims, clinical systems, and payment integrity . This role requires strong leadership, client coordination, and the ability to manage cross-functional technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery , ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to quality expectations.
• Manage cross-functional technical teams and coordinate project activities across development, data, cloud, and application teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client coordination, project communication, status reporting, and escalations .
• Define project plans, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions across data, application, and cloud environments.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support Scrum-based project execution .
• Communicate project status, risks, and key decisions to business and technical stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements, technical solutions, and project deliverables.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of overall IT experience , including 8+ years of project management and execution experience .
• Strong technical understanding of:

• Strong expertise in U.S. healthcare technology and data environments .
• Hands-on domain knowledge of healthcare data, claims, clinical systems, and payment integrity .
• Proven experience managing projects through end-to-end delivery .
• Strong team leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent client communication, coordination, and escalation management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework execution .
• Experience managing projects from initiation through completion.
• Strong experience leading technical and cross-functional teams.
• Scrum Master certification is preferred.
