Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position specifically focuses on pediatric patients, ranging from infants to adolescents. The therapist will address a variety of conditions, including developmental delays, orthopedic issues, and neurological disorders. By using personalized care strategies and physical therapy modalities, you will directly contribute to improving the quality of life and functional capabilities of our young patients.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field is required, with a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution preferred.

• Active physical therapy license in the state of New York is mandated at the time of hire.

• Current CPR certification is required to ensure the safety and well-being of our patients.

• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with children, families, and other health professionals.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a dynamic clinical workload while providing quality patient care.

• Basic proficiency in computer skills, enabling maintenance of patient records and scheduling through our practice management system.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
