Build positive relationships with customers and prospective customers. Assist with customer follow-ups and engagement efforts. Organize promotional materials, displays, and campaign resources. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and promotional activities. Support team members with daily marketing initiatives. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Customer-focused and goal-oriented. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous marketing, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or promotional experience is a plus but not required.
