We partner with Microsoft, CrowdStrike, Fortinet, Proofpoint, and Veeam to secure every layer of their environments.The Role You'll be the first person our clients reach when they need help, and the person who gets them back to work. Most of your day is remote support from our Port Jefferson office. You'll also make on-site visits to client locations across Long Island. You'll work on a real MSP stack alongside senior engineers who want to help you grow into Tier 2 and beyond.What You'll DoOwn support tickets from first contact to resolution in ConnectWise, with clear notes so anyone can pick up where you left offTroubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues remotely through NinjaOne and on-site when neededSupport Microsoft 365: account setup, password resets, MFA enrollment, and Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive issuesDeploy and configure Windows and macOS workstations, laptops, and peripherals for new hiresFix printer, scanner, Wi-Fi, and Ethernet issuesRespond to monitoring alerts and escalate complex issues to Tier 2/3 with thorough documentationFollow security procedures in regulated environments (HIPAA, PCI-DSS), and help users spot phishing and build good security habitsDocument fixes in our knowledge base so the next tech solves the problem fasterWhat You Bring Required:Working knowledge of Windows and macOS troubleshootingFamiliarity with Microsoft 365 and common business applicationsNetworking fundamentals: IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, Wi-FiClear written and verbal communication, and patience with non-technical usersDiscipline to follow procedures xhyhwjd and document your workValid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visitsNice to have:1+ years in help desk, IT support, or MSP workCompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft certificationsExperience with an RMM or PSA platform (NinjaOne, ConnectWise, or similar)Exposure to Entra ID / Active DirectoryWhat You GetPay range: [REQUIRED: $55,000-80,000 (Commensurate with experience)Health, Life, Dental, PTO, 401(k), WFHHands-on experience with an enterprise-grade security and management stackA clear path from Tier 1 to Tier 2 and beyond
