Our clients include healthcare practices, retailers, hospitality groups, and professional services firms. We partner with Microsoft, CrowdStrike, Fortinet, Proofpoint, and Veeam to secure every layer of their environments.

The Role

You’ll be the first person our clients reach when they need help, and the person who gets them back to work. Most of your day is remote support from our Port Jefferson office. You’ll also make on-site visits to client locations across Long Island. You’ll work on a real MSP stack alongside senior engineers who want to help you grow into Tier 2 and beyond.

What You’ll Do

• Own support tickets from first contact to resolution in ConnectWise, with clear notes so anyone can pick up where you left off
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues remotely through NinjaOne and on-site when needed
• Support Microsoft 365: account setup, password resets, MFA enrollment, and Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive issues
• Deploy and configure Windows and macOS workstations, laptops, and peripherals for new hires
• Fix printer, scanner, Wi-Fi, and Ethernet issues
• Respond to monitoring alerts and escalate complex issues to Tier 2/3 with thorough documentation
• Follow security procedures in regulated environments (HIPAA, PCI-DSS), and help users spot phishing and build good security habits
• Document fixes in our knowledge base so the next tech solves the problem faster

What You Bring

Required:

• Working knowledge of Windows and macOS troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and common business applications
• Networking fundamentals: IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi
• Clear written and verbal communication, and patience with non-technical users
• Discipline to follow procedures and document your work
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits

Nice to have:

• 1+ years in help desk, IT support, or MSP work
• CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft certifications
• Experience with an RMM or PSA platform (NinjaOne, ConnectWise, or similar)
• Exposure to Entra ID / Active Directory

What You Get

• Pay range: [REQUIRED: $55,000-80,000 (Commensurate with experience)
