They must also be able to work as part of a team, manage priorities, handle a high volume of calls, exercise sound judgment in challenging situations, and work independently within established procedures. The candidate may work remotely or be based at one of Logiciels Sport-Plus Inc.'s offices in Rimouski or Quebec City. Duties and Responsibilities Analyze requests, assess their urgency and complexity, and either resolve them or forward them to the team with the necessary expertise; Provide first-level software and technical support to ensure the customer's systems are back up and running; Diagnose and resolve all issues related to the client's and/or internal software or IT environments; Advise clients on the use of tools implemented by Logiciels Sport-Plus Inc.; Advise clients on the various technologies provided by Logiciels Sport-Plus Inc.; Perform remote software and technical installations; Automate certain tasks and optimize our business processes using artificial intelligence; Technical Environment Line-of-business applications and specialized software Experience supporting IT and networking environments; Knowledge of Windows 10/11 and the Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and remote access tools; Knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud computing; Knowledge of Windows Server 2016 and later; Knowledge of SQL Server 2016 and later; Knowledge of Linux Server (Ubuntu, CentOS).
