Pro Sales Representative - DC East

Pro Sales Representative The Pro Sales Representative (PSR) will drive and increase Pro business sales within the assigned region, primarily focusing on contractor sales. The PSR will manage customer relationships, document sales activities in the CRM system, and support the growth of Sherwin Williams Pro Sales & Lowe’s ProServices. Responsibilities Build rapport and partner with Lowe’s Pro Desks, Store Managers, Key Decision Makers, Account Executive of Pro Services, Market Directors, and Vice Presidents of Store Operations. Promote Sherwin Williams product offerings to generate new leads and strengthen existing business relationships. Work within the assigned region and/or market(s) to grow, drive, and increase Pro business sales. Utilize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to document sales calls and store visits. Spend 60%‑75% of time at customer job sites and business locations, developing relationships and identifying opportunities. Collaborate with the SW Lowe’s field sales and Lowe’s ProServices teams to support sales growth. Cooperate with the Division Director and applicable RSMs on sales and service opportunities and new business leads. Work out of retail store environments, paint departments, and contractor sites, including new construction settings. Travel within the assigned region, including overnight travel, up to 85% of the time. Minimum Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship. Must have a high school diploma or GED. Must have a valid unrestricted driver’s license. At least one (1) year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service, or completion of a Sherwin‑Williams Development Program. Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation. Must be willing to travel as required for this position. Preferred Qualifications Possession of a bachelor’s degree or higher. Ability to read, write, comprehend and communicate in Spanish. At least three (3) years of experience in customer service, retail, or sales. Experience with Profit and Loss / Budget Management. Previous experience selling paint and paint‑related products.
