IT Portfolio ManagerDallas, Texas, United States$ 91.00 - 92.00 (US Dollar)About the JobIT Portfolio Manager needs 10+ years of IT experience with a minimum of five years in a Portfolio/Program management position.IT Portfolio Manager requires:Location Charlotte, NC, Iselin, NJ and Dallas, TXBachelors degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Sciences, or related field from an accredited university or equivalent work experienceMinimum of 10+ years of IT experience with a minimum of five years in a Portfolio/Program management position.SAFe Certified preferredGood working knowledge of both Agile methodologies.Experienced in managing a large portfolio of interdependent IT projects.Program, project, and change management skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Knowledge of the principles and practices of business organization and management.Knowledge of the organization and functions of an information technology business operationIT Portfolio Manager DutiesManage and optimize the flow of value through the Solution Trains using various tools, such as the Solution Kanbans.Establish and communicate the annual calendars for Solution Backlogs, Solution Kanbans, Solution Trains, Solution Demos, and Program Increments (PIs).Facilitate Solution Planning and PI Planning readiness via fostering the preparation of Vision and Backlogs, and via Pre- and Post-PI Planning meetings.Facilitate the Solution Planning and PI Planning event.Aggregate into Solution PI Objectives, Program PI Objectives, and Team PI Objectives (and publish them for visibility and transparency).Aggregate program PI objectives into Solution PI Objectives (the STE) and publish them for visibility and transparency.Assist with execution and Capability and Capability-Enablers completion tracking.
