Job Description: Territory Sales Representative Based in Dover, NH | Regional Travel (Approx. 25%) $58,500 + Uncapped Commission On-Target Earnings: $85,000-$150,000+Our client is seeking an ambitious and relationship-focused Territory Sales Representative to drive business growth across Industrial markets. Responsibilities:

• Develop new business through prospecting, networking, cold calling, and relationship building.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying expansion opportunities.
• Sell industrial filtration systems, filter components, and related solutions.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Visit customer sites to understand operations and recommend filtration solutions.
• Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline activity.
• Partner with engineering, customer service, and operations teams to ensure customer success.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to facilities, warehouse, and production management teams.
• Territory & Travel: Travel approximately 25% of the time, typically one week per month (Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Kansas, Colorado, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Ontario, Canada), All travel expenses covered, and Company-provided laptop, cell phone, company credit card, and travel support

Desired Background/Skills:

• 1-3+ years of outside sales experience
• Proven success developing new business and growing customer relationships
• Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
• Experience in equipment sales, business services, office technology, payroll services, or similar B2B environments preferred
• Self-starter capable of working independently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Industrial equipment or industrial filtration sales experience is a plus but not required
