People Services Generalist: Benefits & HRIS Expert

Addison Group is seeking a People Services Generalist in Dallas, TX to support the full employee lifecycle, including benefits administration, HR compliance, employee relations, onboarding, and HRIS management. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HR generalist experience, hands-on UKG Pro, and strong Excel skills. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; PHR/SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
