Position Overview The Systems Administrator II serves as a senior technical resource responsible for the administration, governance, security, and modernization of a Microsoft 365 ecosystem and cloud-first infrastructure environment. This is not a traditional maintenance-focused Systems Administrator role. The ideal candidate will be a builder who can assess current-state environments, identify risks and opportunities, establish standards, create documentation, and help drive infrastructure modernization initiatives. This individual will partner closely with leadership and technical teams to improve security posture, strengthen governance, modernize infrastructure, and implement scalable operational processes.
