The Lead Solutions Architect works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.The Lead Solutions Architect translates our needs into technical systems solutions. Integrate hardware, software and network interfaces to form a system. Advise executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercise independent judgment on complex issues regarding job responsibilities and related tasks, and work under minimal supervision.Use Your Skills to Make an ImpactRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field8 years of progressive information technology experience directly related to architecture/engineering, information security, or other specialized technology fieldMust be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiencesPreferred QualificationsMaster's DegreeWork-At-Home RequirementsAt minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggestedSatellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadershipAssociates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expenseHumana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/jobWork from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA informationTravel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.Scheduled Weekly Hours40Pay Range$142,300 - $195,700 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
