Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager. You’ll be responsible for driving the projects forwards, writing briefs, building budgets, collaborating with account managers, strategists, and designers, and getting great work done and out the door. You are a tactical thinker and doer, someone who is comfortable taking the lead and ownership of the project while aligning the agency, team, and clients’ goals. You are a clear communicator and won’t hesitate to ask questions and approach problems with creative solutions. You can balance the team’s creativity while providing structure with clear goals. You are able to manage multiple moving parts, owning timelines, staying within budget, and diplomatically pushing back when needed. You will be responsible for ensuring the team delivers the promised creative assets to clients that are within the agreed-upon parameters. While you are not expected to own the client relationship, you will be client-facing. It’s impossible to list all the things that make up a successful Project Manager. Still, we think being organized, resourceful, strategic, and a great communicator are at the top of the list. We’re glad you made it this far.
