Installation Coordinator

Installation Coordinator Our Installation Coordinator performs a variety of administrative tasks related to our installations and services. They are responsible for ensuring customer projects are executed timely and accurately. Responsibilities Verify contract details post‑sale Prepare initial labor and materials sheets to request project quote; prepare final sheets for installation crews Manage timeliness and accuracy of vendor quotes; approve final quotes Prepare pre‑installation inspection forms; research and resolve inspection delays Determine necessity of ancillary project expenses Ensure gross profit levels are maintained Ensure reconciliations are done timely Ensure accuracy of reported installer compensation Collect payments as necessary Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED 2+ years of similar administrative support experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite CRM (Customer Record Management) experience a plus Customer‑centric mindset Demonstrated success in a deadline‑driven and high‑pressure environment Home Improvement / Home Services experience a plus All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, sex, national origin, religion, age, disability, genetic information, status as a military veteran or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
