Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage an active caseload of 25-30 clients per week, providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions to meet client needs.

• Document client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes meticulously, adhering to company protocols and regulatory guidelines.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their needs and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for each individual.

• Employ creative interventions that empower clients to set and achieve therapy goals while overcoming personal challenges.

• Coordinate with case managers, healthcare providers, and family members when appropriate to enhance service delivery and client well-being.

Qualifications\n
