My Life My Home in Illinois is seeking a QIDP/Site Leader to ensure all supports for residents with developmental disabilities. You will train and supervise Direct Support Professionals and manage a caseload of about eight residents, coordinating with team members, vendors, and the community. The role requires at least one year of relevant experience, a qualifying degree or RN license, and a valid driver's license; background checks and screenings are required to meet the DD Services #J-18808-Ljbffr My Life My Home
