Come join our AMAZING team at My Life My Home! At My Life My Home, our mission is to passionately support each person in living a meaningful and satisfying life. My Life My Home manages eight Community Integrated Living Arrangements (CILA) throughout St. Clair and Clinton Counties in Illinois. The individuals who reside at the CILAs receive daily supports from a team of dedicated QIDPs, nurses, and Direct Support Professionals. A QIDP/Site Leader provides and ensures all necessary supports and services are provided to the individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities who reside in the community. They train, coach, and supervise Direct Support Professionals to maintain the highest quality of individual care at all times, while ensuring compliance with current standards of practice, company policies, procedures, safety, and federal and state regulations. This position involves a caseload of approximately 8 residents and supports our mission through interactions with residents, team members, vendors, and community members. Schedule Hours: flexible scheduling based on resident needs. On Call responsibility. Salary: $61,000 plus. A bachelor's degree in Social Work, Sociology, Special Education, Psychology, or a closely related human services field, or be a licensed Registered Nurse. Other degrees and professional licenses/certificates may be considered if they meet the requirements set forth by the Illinois Department of Human Services – Division of Developmental Disabilities QIDP Job and Education Requirements Checklist. Prefer at least 1 year of management experience and 1 year experience as a certified DSP. Must be 21 years or older and have a valid driver's license with less than 3 driving offenses. A criminal background check and physical are required to meet the position's requirements. The background check includes the DCFS/CANTS check for abuse/neglect with children.
