Coordinate interviews and hiring program logistics Support scheduling across multiple business units and geographic regions Track candidate progress throughout the recruiting process Maintain accurate candidate and program documentation Communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders Help ensure candidates receive a smooth, organized, and professional recruiting experience Manage Recruiting Operations & Workflows You'll become a go-to resource for assigned recruiting programs and operational processes. Manage service requests and workflows through ticketing systems Ensure requests are resolved within established service level agreements Maintain high standards for quality and data accuracy Coordinate activities between program managers, business partners, and cross-functional teams Provide guidance on program processes and systems Maintain accurate records within web-based tools and platforms Reporting, Data & Quality Assurance This role isn't just about scheduling. You'll help give leadership visibility into how programs are performing by: Creating and maintaining operational dashboards Preparing monthly business review inputs Providing program status updates Tracking key performance metrics Conducting data validation and audits Completing compliance and quality checks Ensuring documentation is accurate, current, and accessible for reporting and decision-making Process Improvement & Automation If you're the person who looks at a repetitive process and immediately thinks, "There has to be a better way to do this," you'll fit right in. You'll identify opportunities to: Streamline recruiting workflows Reduce unnecessary manual work Standardize operational procedures Improve the stakeholder experience Support automation opportunities Increase efficiency across recruiting programs The goal isn't simply to follow an existing process. You'll also help identify ways to make that process better. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Arlington, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
