Division Order Analyst

Seeking an experienced Senior Division Order Analyst for a 4-5 month contract in Denver, CO, who will manage Division Order activities, including ownership transfers and revenue-related inquiries, while supporting data analysis initiatives in a hybrid work environment. Key Responsibilities Review and analyze title documents to determine ownership interests Process Division Order transactions and verify royalty and ownership percentages for accurate revenue distribution Collaborate with internal departments to resolve ownership issues and perform data analysis using Microsoft Excel Required Qualifications 7-12 years of Division Order experience in the upstream oil and gas industry Strong understanding of Division Order processes and oil and gas accounting principles Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and managing large datasets Experience with industry ERP systems, preferably Enertia Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
