What You'll Do

Execute prep and service with consistency, precision, and pride
Keep your station clean, stocked, and dialed in
Communicate clearly with your team-especially under pressure
Maintain high standards for food safety and sanitation
Work closely with BOH and FOH to deliver a seamless guest experience
Stay sharp and composed in a fast-paced, open kitchen

What You Bring

Line experience preferred, but attitude and work ethic matter most
Strong knife skills and attention to detail
Ability to stay calm, focused, and efficient during busy service
Reliable, punctual, and ready to contribute every shift
Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
A genuine drive to learn, improve, and be part of a team
